Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original BURGA packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are still intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
